Default message during End of Day processing or system maintenance

The Financial Portal will display a notification message when the system is undergoing End of Day (EOD) processing or maintenance. During EOD processing, a notification will appear on the Main Menu. For maintenance periods, a notification will be displayed on the login screen.

Listing Screens – Default query timeframe

On the listing screens, a new 'Modified Date' dropdown menu has been added next to the 'Workflow View.' By default, this will be set to 'Within 1 year.' Users can adjust the selection to 'Last 5 years,' 'Last 10 years,' 'All,' or specify a custom range. This field references the 'Last Modified Date,' which indicates when a document was last updated.
