Default message during End of Day processing or system maintenance
The Financial Portal will display a notification message when the system is undergoing End of Day (EOD) processing or maintenance. During EOD processing, a notification will appear on the Main Menu. For maintenance periods, a notification will be displayed on the login screen.
Listing Screens – Default query timeframe
On the listing screens, a new 'Modified Date' dropdown menu has been added next to the 'Workflow View.' By default, this will be set to 'Within 1 year.' Users can adjust the selection to 'Last 5 years,' 'Last 10 years,' 'All,' or specify a custom range. This field references the 'Last Modified Date,' which indicates when a document was last updated.
PO Listing Screens – Search by Payment Request Number
There is now a Payment Request Number search field available on the PO listing screens.
Travel Listing Screens – Search by Travel PO Number
On the travel listing screens, the Document No. and Req/Doc. No. fields have been combined so that both the Travel Request and Travel Completion will be returned when users search for a PO number.
PI Name Added to Project Dropdown List
When selecting a Project from the Project Title or Project # dropdown list on transaction documents, users are now able to see the PI name in the list.
Pending PO Documents – Project Period Automatic Update
On all pending PO documents, the Project Period will now display the updated end date if they have changed since document creation.
Enter/Tab to Exit Calendar
When entering dates/times using the calendar on the Service Date field or Trip Itinerary section, users may now use the Tab button to close the calendar and move to the next field or use the Enter button to confirm their date/time selection and close the calendar.
Reports – Right Click to Paste Project Number
Users can use the mouse right click to paste the Project Number into Reporting queries.
