I approved a payment in error. Can the payment be cancelled?

After a transaction is approved in the Financial Portal, it cannot be edited, modified, or cancelled. Please contact RCUH Accounting at rcuh_accounting@rcuh.com as soon as possible to initiate a cancellation of the payment.  If the payment method is ACH or Card, RCUH Accounting will work with the ePayments service provider to void the payment. If the payment is Check, refer to RCUH Policy 4.250.
