Who can access payroll reports in the RCUH Financial Portal?

Only PI's (Principal Investigators) and FA's (Fiscal Administrators) can access RCUH Payroll Reports for project accounts assigned to their user profile. PIs can use the Delegate Account Access function in their user profile screen to delegate account access to a Secondary User, which will permit the Secondary User to access the RCUH Payroll Reports.
