When the Financial Portal is down, RCUH (Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii) usually posts a notice in the News – General Announcements section. It is recommended everyone check the News and Announcements every morning to get any current info or news. There are sections for General News and Human Resources Announcements. While there may not always be updates, it only takes a minute and ensures you are informed of any significant changes.
