I’m trying to process a Travel Request and received the following error message, “Employee has no Employee Number on File. Email RCUH Disbursing at rcuhdisb@rcuh.com.” How do I resolve this?

Contact RCUH Disbursing at rcuhdisb@rcuh.com with the employee’s 6-digit RCUH or 8-digit UH ID number. RCUH Disbursing will update the employee vendor record. Once you receive a confirmation email from RCUH Disbursing, go into the pending Travel Request document and reselect the Employee Status. The error message should no longer appear.
