What is the difference between the Financial Portal Access Form and delegation?

The Financial Portal Access Form provides secondary user access, excluding payroll reports, and allows users to create documents for specified accounts. 


The online delegation process gives users the same level of access as the person delegating, including payroll reports. Users granted access via the form log in as themselves, while delegated users log in and switch to the delegator’s profile for full access. 


Having both types of access can be convenient, as it minimizes the need to switch profiles unless payroll reports are needed.
