What should I do if I get an error message “Past Termination Date” when approving a PO created before the termination date of an account?

If the account has been extended but the PO still reflects the old Project Dates, you will get an error message “Past Termination Date.” 


Return the document for Additional Information and the user can re-enter the Project Number, save the document, and then re-submit it to the FA. This will update the Project Period at the top of the PO Requisition and resolve the error.
